What does kombucha taste like, anyway?
Kombucha is a refreshing, slightly bitter and fruity drink, somewhat reminiscent of cider, but containing no sugar or alcohol. Even if everyone draws their own conclusions after tasting it and tries to compare it with other products, our Craft Premium Kombucha ultimately has a unique taste.
We have focused on eight flavors and selected the freshest, healthiest and most versatile natural ingredients so that you can enjoy the best GUT2BE Kombucha with every can. Now it's your turn to try it and tell us what you think!
Is GUT2BE kombucha sweet?
Kombucha has a slightly tart taste with a hint of sweetness. We want to offer you a healthy drink that you can enjoy all day long without having to worry about portion sizes.
The slightly sweet taste of GUT2BE Kombucha comes from refining it with freshly squeezed juices, without added white sugar.
In our recipes, we exclusively use organic, unrefined sugar, which is present in small amounts in the drink and is converted there. Many
nutrients, such as minerals, antioxidants, and probiotic bacteria, are not lost during fermentation. Cool, right?
Why does the drink need to be stored chilled?
Don't forget that GUT2BE Kombucha is a living drink. It contains billions of probiotic ingredients and will continue to ferment if left in a warm room for too long. However, that doesn't mean we can't drink kombucha at the beach – just don't leave it there for days. To stop fermentation and preserve the full flavor, GUT2BE Kombucha should be stored in a cool place (5°C). Just like beer, the drink tastes best chilled.
When can I drink GUT2BE Kombucha?
You can drink kombucha whenever you want. As mentioned, the lack of sugar, the exceptional probiotic properties, and the fresh summer taste make GUt2BE kombucha a suitable choice both at the beginning and at the end of the day – and why not throughout the day as well? Let's put it this way: you can't drink too much of it.
I've read that kombucha contains a lot of caffeine?
GUT2BE CRAFT Premium Kombucha
is made from organic green tea, which has a low caffeine content. Furthermore, the caffeine is completely broken down during fermentation. According to our lab report, no caffeine is present, so you won't stay awake at night after enjoying Kombucha and your whole family can enjoy it.
Does kombucha contain alcohol?
GUT2BE Kombucha is a non-alcoholic refreshment. However, like any fermented beverage, it may contain minimal traces of alcohol (less than 1%), similar to ripe fruit.
Can my child drink GUT2BE kombucha?
GUT2BE greatly strengthens the immune system, making the drink suitable for both children and adults. In most toddlers, the digestive system is not yet fully developed. For this reason, we advise against giving GUT2BE to children under 3 years of age.
Is GUT2BE suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free diets?
Yes, GUT2BE contains exclusively plant-based ingredients, including yeast and microorganisms, and is well-suited for vegetarian and vegan diets. It is also suitable for people with gluten and lactose intolerance, as these components are not present in GUT2BE.
Kombu... what?
Kombucha is a refreshing, naturally carbonated, low-sugar tea-based beverage often flavored with natural fruit essences. It is produced by fermenting sweetened tea using a symbiotic culture of yeast and microorganisms (a process similar to that used for beer and cider). Originating in the Far East, Kombucha is consumed in North America by a segment of the population interested in health and nutrition. In Europe, this beverage is increasingly fitting into new dietary trends: organic, healthy, regional, and sustainable. Worldwide, regular consumption of Kombucha is a good way to maintain a strong immune system, improve the body's metabolism, preserve vitality, and strengthen the body's defenses. Kombucha GUT2BE contains numerous organic acids with diverse properties, active enzymes, amino acids, antioxidants, and, above all, probiotic substances, making it an indispensable aid for daily care of the intestinal flora and the body's overall immune health.
